Keiji Hirai (February 15, in Tokyo, Japan) is a voice actor, performing in anime and video games.
He voiced several Namekian Warriors in Dragon Ball Kai and Toobi, one of Chilled's soldiers in the Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock anime adaptation.
Some of his other roles include Nama-bake in Gegege no Kitarō, Tetsu Asakura in The Gokusen and no-chan in On-chan, Killa from "Dragon Ball Z Kai", various characters from "One Piece", Greiger from "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's", Lapin from the "One Piece: Pirate Warriors" game series, and Jean Townshead and Jann Walker from the "Valkyria Chronicles" series.
